Returns & Exchanges

Refund Policy

At Maison 358, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sets. If for any reason an item is not right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order.

1. Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons related to the nature of our products (loungewear/pajamas), any returned item must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • With all original tags intact and attached.
  • In its original packaging.

Items on sale or from capsule collections are also eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions above.

Important Sizing Note

For our current collection, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual size (e.g., if you are a size M, we suggest ordering a size L). Size exchanges are available; however, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will process the refund through the Shopify platform. Processing time usually takes between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

4. Manufacturing Defects

In the event of a faulty item, we will offer either a repair (where possible) or a full refund upon receipt of the item (return shipping costs to be covered by the customer).
